Johnson Construction Company homes carry a limited warranty. We conduct an initial orientation with our homeowners to give a detailed demonstration of their homes and review information on maintenance. During this orientation the homeowner will identify any items that need correcting. After allowing time to become settled into their new home and having time to thoroughly examine all components, a Punch List is completed by the homeowner. Near the end of the eleventh month, the homeowner submits a report and items covered under the limited warranty guidelines are addressed.
A detailed Home Owner’s Manual that outlines how to care for new homes is presented to Johnson Construction Company homeowners. Construction of all homes is done under close supervision to attain the best possible results for the investment of a new home, but general homeowner maintenance is essential to provide a quality home for a lifetime. The Home Owner’s Manual provides guidelines to assist the homeowner in caring for their new home.
